While some people have more of a tendency than others towards depression, through Positive Psychology Skills anyone can change their thinking patterns and brain pathways to produce happiness and well-being. We all have the potential to thrive & find meaning.
The course includes the Latest Positive Psychology Tools, Hand-outs & some Meditation techniques that support the development of Spirituality and Self-compassion which build lasting Happiness and Well-being.

About Michaela Avlund
Danish born Michaela Avlund gives courses and takes people away on Positive Psychology and Creative Writing retreats. She is currently writing a handbook on positive psychology skills and has made some life-skills videos for schools. Michaela lives in an Irish community in Wicklow who runs a health-shop and cafe. She believes that lasting happiness and well-being is within every person’s reach as research shows that we can change the pathways of our brain. Our Positive:Negative Ratio needs to become at least 3:1 for us to thrive and fully enjoy the gifts of life and love. Michaela has a BA in Social Care and a MSc in Applied Positive Psychology.
