Over a 6 week period Siobhan will guide you through principles and simple alphabet s using Foundation and the Uncial style, the iconic Irish script that we are so familiar with. Each session begins with discussions and demonstrations followed by a quiet period with music to practice. Each participant is encouraged to create their own piece either a word or phrase that resonates with them.

Week 2. Finding Patience through attention
Week 3. Creativity through attention
Week 4. Non Judgement -playing with words
