This is a chance to:
• optimise your gratitude skills
• turn your negative experiences into positive gain
• learn to move forward from hurtful experiences in relationships
• increase your assertiveness skills &
• engage with your personal character strengths, so conducive to joyful and successful living.
You will receive a free hardcopy of the ‘Happiness Skills’ book in the post with some handouts for the four sessions
The sessions will be available for a short period afterwards for those who cannot make it or want to revisit the session afterwards (we will edit out any confidential sharing that might occur during the session).
You will get a chance to experience some short meditations so conducive to boosting our immune system and de-activating our stress system.

Michaela Avlund is an experienced facilitator of wellbeing and happiness skills based on positive psychology. She has worked in Secondary Schools, Teacher Centres, Mind Body Spirit Festivals and Luisne for a number of years and organised Wellbeing Getaways in West Cork. She is currently developing an online Wellbeing course suitable for everyone. She has a MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and is the author of Happiness Skills based on Positive Psychology book and audiobook.
Michaela encourages a bubbly and laid-back atmosphere whilst helping you to connect to the best part of your being.
