Mind Body Skills Group with Heidi Jackson

An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Tuesday, repeating until April 12, 2022
This is an 8 week group course in a small intimate setting. The course will enable you to reduce stress and create balance and help you to develop effective coping skills using your body’s natural abilities to relax. In these sessions we will have an opportunity, through practice, to foster our growth using research-proven skills which include: meditation, guided imagery, biofeedback & autogenic training, writing, drawing, movement and breath work. These mind body skills can be immediately incorporated into daily life. Heidi Jackson BA, BNSc, is an oncology nurse and complementary therapist.
