This is a 6 Week Course with 1 Day Mindfulness Retreat included: This Course is equally suitable for those new to Mindfulness or as a refresher and support for those already practicing. It shows how to open and retrain the Mind and engage the Heart in Compassionate and Mindful ways that cultivate Stillness in the Mind and Calmness in the Body.

The facilitator Pamela-Maria (MSc MBI) is a fully qualified and experienced teacher of Mindfulness-Based Interventions. She is dedicated and passionate about the cultivation of a Mindful Way of Living and Being. She is committed to daily practice, ongoing trainings in Mindfulness Interventions, Mindful Self-Compassion and Insight Meditation. She is passionate about sharing her expansive knowledge and wisdom in how to cultivate, develop and sustain the qualities, attitudes and skills of a life lived with ease – nurtured and enriched with Mindfulness.
