6 Week Course with 1 Day Mindfulness Retreat included: This Course shows how to retrain the Mind and engage the Heart in Compassionate and Mindful ways that cultivate Stillness in the Mind and Calmness in the Body.
Includes:
6 weeks (2 hour Sessions) plus Day of Mindfulness Retreat (Sunday 13th October 10am – 4pm)
Meditation CDs/Downloads and Comprehensive Participant Handbook
By Course completion you will have many opportunities to experience the benefits of Mindfulness known to increase overall Wellbeing - Physical, Emotional and Mental Health.
Facilitated by Pamela-Maria MSc MBI – fully qualified and experienced teacher of Mindfulness-Based Interventions. She is dedicated and passionate about the cultivation of a Mindful Way of Living and Being, is committed to daily practice, ongoing trainings in Mindfulness Interventions, Mindful Self-Compassion and Insight Meditation.
