While some people have more of a tendency than others towards depression, through Positive Psychology Skills anyone can change their thinking patterns and brain pathways to produce happiness and well-being. We all have the potential to thrive & find meaning.

Starting Tuesday 12th November 2019 4 Tuesdays 7.30pm-9.00 pm €55 for 4 sessions, €15 single session
