Aisling Killoran is a stress and wellness specialist with 18 years’ experience of working with clients on a one to one basis from senior executives, self-employed, authors, artists, singers, stay at home mums along with appearing on radio shows, chat shows, TV, newspapers and has presented may topics from how to manage stress, anxiety, making babies, sleep hygiene and self-care.
