Aisling Killoran is a stress and wellness specialist with 18 years’ experience of working with clients on a one to one basis from senior executives, self-employed, authors, artists, singers, stay at home mums along with appearing on radio shows, chat shows, TV, newspapers and has presented may topics from how to manage stress, anxiety, making babies, sleep hygiene and self-care.
Aisling frequently presents to corporate environments, both inhouse and through Zoom too.
Aisling has spoken at conferences around Europe and is always looking for new, exciting ways to bring positivity into the challenges we find ourselves in these days both at home and in the workplace.
