Through mindfulness we seek to live life more deeply, contentedly and peacefully. The practice of mindfulness – being aware and awake to the present, moment by moment – brings our body and mind into harmony as we perform our daily tasks and helps us to realise our oneness with everything/one around us.
In these three sessions Sean Kelly will explain and provide practice in mindfulness including some Yoga and T’ai Chi exercises.
Sean M Kelly B.Sc. Mast NLP, is an International Professional and People Development Trainer/ Coach with over twenty years experience in the training industry. He has developed and delivered training to many successful businesses and organisations in countries including Ireland, UK, USA, Luxembourg, Italy, Russia, Lithuania, Israel and South Korea.
