6 Week Course with 1 Day Mindfulness Retreat included: This Course shows how to retrain the Mind and engage the Heart in Compassionate and Mindful ways that cultivate Stillness in the Mind and Calmness in the Body.

Facilitated by Pamela-Maria MSc MBI – fully qualified and experienced teacher of Mindfulness-Based Interventions. She is dedicated and passionate about the cultivation of a Mindful Way of Living and Being, is committed to daily practice, ongoing trainings in Mindfulness Interventions, Mindful Self-Compassion and Insight Meditation. She is passionate about sharing her expansive knowledge and wisdom in how to cultivate, grow and sustain the qualities, attitudes and skills for a life lived with ease - nurtured and enriched with Mindfulness.

Discover your inner world of calm through an outward act of craft. No previous experience is needed just an ability to hold a pen. Over a 6 week period Siobhan will guide you through principles and simple alphabet s using Foundation and the Uncial style, the iconic Irish script that we are so familiar with. Each session begins with discussions and demonstrations followed by a quiet period with music to practice. Each participant is encouraged to create their own piece either a word or phrase that resonates with them.

This course 8 week, designed by Dr. Tony Humphreys and facilitated by Anne Brannick, supports participants to look at how they are in all relationships - self, family, friendships, work, and community.Participants have found this course life changing as they find themselves better able to consciously navigate all relationships and to become conscious of what works for them.

During these evenings of Reflections on Mysticism, we begin with a twenty-minute guided meditation session followed by a ten-minute walking meditation and then a further twenty-minute silent meditation. This practice is followed by discussion on Mysticism across Western and Eastern traditions.
