Mind Body Skills Group – Heidi Jackson 8 weeks

In this group we will have an opportunity through practice to foster our growth using research proven skills which include:  meditation, guided imagery, biofeedback & autogenic training, writing, drawing, movement and breathe work.The group will be educational, supportive, participatory and structured. These mind body skills can be immediately incorporated into daily life and will help you learn to:
Increase self awareness
Develop effective coping skills
Use your body’s natural abilities to relax
Become aware of your body, release stress and increase your energy
Cultivate mental and emotional balance
Facilitated by: Heidi Jackson BA and BNSc, Oncology Nurse and Complementary Therapist for 20 years. She is on the Faculty and is a Certified facilitator at the Centre for Mind Body Medicine (https://cmbm.org). She is sharing her passion to empower people to help themselves. Family Drumming for Fun! (8 weeks) €15 per session

Family Drumming in Wicklow
Drumming is a great way to relax, have fun and connect with others. This course is open to all; no previous musical experience is necessary. Drums will be provided for use.

Cost is €15 per session or €100 for all 8 sessions

An event every week that begins at 8:00 pm on Monday, repeating until December 9, 2019

During these evenings of Reflections on Mysticism, we begin with a twenty-minute guided meditation session followed by a ten-minute walking meditation and then a further twenty-minute silent meditation. This practice is followed by discussion on Mysticism across Western and Eastern traditions.
