You will receive a free hardcopy of the 'Happiness Skills' book in the post with some handouts for the four sessions
The sessions will be available for a short period afterwards for those who cannot make it or want to revisit the session afterwards (we will edit out any confidential sharing that might occur during the session).
You will get a chance to experience some short meditations so conducive to boosting our immune system and de-activating our stress system.

Sound can be used therapeutically in several ways. Relaxation, Journeying, meditation, harmonising body and mind. Often, we need do nothing but listen, the sound will do the rest.
