‘Mindfulness is a source of happiness’ (Thich Nhat Hahn)
Through mindfulness we seek to live life more deeply, contentedly and peacefully. The practice of mindfulness – being aware and awake to the present, moment by moment – brings our body and mind into harmony as we perform our daily tasks and helps us to realise our oneness with everything/one around us.
In these three sessions Sean will explain and provide practice in mindfulness including some Yoga and T’ai Chi exercises. Courses are run by Sean M Kelly B.Sc. Mast NLP, an International Professional and People Development Trainer/ Coach with over twenty years experience in the training industry.
