These sessions replace the former Centering Prayer/Introduction to Meditation sessions. They will comprise input from various spiritual writers and traditions, a period of meditation, a sharing on the input to enrich each participant’s understanding and insight regarding the input and will end with prayers relevant to the input and to one’s daily life.
Donation towards utilities and materials per session.
This 5 week Kum Nye course is facilitated by Fran Burns. ‘Kum Nye Tibetan Relaxation is a gentle healing system that relieves stress, transforms negative patterns, and helps us to be more balanced and healthy.
