This free Kum Nye workshop is facilitated by Fran Burns. ‘Kum Nye Tibetan Relaxation is a gentle healing system that relieves stress, transforms negative patterns, and helps us to be more balanced and healthy. Kum Nye opens our senses and our hearts so we feel satisfied and fulfilled and can appreciate more fully every aspect of our lives. The unique value of the Kum Nye system of relaxation is that it integrates both the physical and the psychological, healing both body and mind, bringing their energies together to function calmly and smoothly.

This workshop is free but donations would be appreciated.
You do not have to be ‘an artist’ to join this 5-session course. The course is as much about group work as it is about art – learning to trust yourself and others in a supportive group and expressing how you feel (joy, anger, anxiety, etc.) through art/colour (individual and group). Give a boost to your self worth, enjoy being part of a group/community, release your creativity and . . . HAVE FUN!Materials needed for the course will be provided.
