This practice is followed by discussion on Mysticism across Western and Eastern traditions.

For most of the first Saturdays throughout the year (during term time), we gather to share a day together of extended mindfulness meditation practice, from 10.30 to 1.00. These sessions include quick walking, silent meditation, mindful walking and chanting. All are welcome. Please see the events calendar for dates.
November 28 @ 10:45 am - 12:00 pm Walking the Spiritual Path Together: Advent Lectio Divina Each of these four sessions before Christmas will consist of a reading from Scripture, a period of meditation and a sharing on the Scripture. It is through the Scriptures that we come to know the values by which we, as Christians, are called to live. Participants will discover that the Gospels are as much alive for them today as they were for the early Christians.
