You are invited to pause the busyness of everyday life and recharge your batteries in this Sunday morning mindfulness session.
Mindfulness is a powerful practice that can help you return to the present moment, including in routine daily activities. It is proven to help people with a range of benefits, from mental and physical health, to enhanced self-awareness and relationships with others.
Join mindfulness guide Michael Hutchinson to practice a new way of being through mindful meditation, movement, and reflection. New and experienced meditators are all welcome.
Michael is trained by The Mindfulness Clinic Dublin to teach mindfulness-based approaches, including MBSR.
