Many of us need tools to work amid stress and uncertainty as we try to regain normality after Covid. We all need to be as grounded, resilient, clear-minded, and effective as possible.The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program is the most recognized and established mindfulness course and is scientifically proven to help people cope better with stress, anxiety, insomnia, and other health issues. The course consists of eight 2-hour sessions and a half-day retreat. Through guided meditations, gentle yoga, group dialogue, individually tailored instructions and home assignments, you will experience the essential principles of mindfulness as well as techniques to build your personal home practice and access its benefits even after the course.
