FIRST SESSION FREE. Learn how to use Tapping techniques for yourself to help you deal with stress and anxiety, particularly during this changing time. Go home with the simple basic skill of Tapping to use for yourself and your kids. Coming together in a group, we share and learn these ways in a warm hearted caring space. Learn EFT right there and then, experiencing it for yourself while seeing others experience it too. You will discover how EFT alias Tapping can help and support you. The aim of every workshop is for you to leave with an effective and practical method or practice for you to apply to use for yourself.
